Appointment enquiries
The enquiry form processes your name, email address, chosen service and preferred date. Phone number, time, location and message are optional. These details are stored in the website's protected database and emailed to our business inbox. You receive an automatic acknowledgement. Processing serves to answer your enquiry and prepare a booking under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. An enquiry does not create a binding booking. Please do not send medical details or other particularly sensitive information through this form.
Email and phone
Our business email is provided by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Emails are also forwarded to Julyana's Gmail inbox, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be processed outside the EEA. Further information is available in Google's privacy policy. Julyana and authorised members of her team handle enquiries. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for specific appointment enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other communication, based on our legitimate interest in answering your message.
Calendar and administration
Only booked days or time slots are displayed on the public website. Names and contact details are not shown publicly. The protected administration area is used to handle enquiries and plan appointments. Signing in uses a technically necessary, secure session cookie for up to eight hours.
Security and abuse prevention
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection. To protect against automated enquiries and login attempts, time-limited hashed identifiers derived from IP addresses or email addresses are processed. These entries are automatically removed after expiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the website and communication against abuse.
Retention periods
Unbooked enquiries are scheduled for deletion 90 days after the requested appointment and automatically removed the next time the enquiry or administration system is accessed. Email copies are deleted after communication ends unless legal retention duties or legitimate reasons for resolving claims require otherwise. Bookings and accounting documents are subject to the applicable statutory retention periods. Booking documents are managed separately. Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider in accordance with applicable contractual and security requirements.
Fonts, images and external links
Fonts and gallery images are served as files from this website. Page visits do not trigger requests to Google Fonts. Instagram is included as an external link. Only when you open that link do you visit the service, which has its own privacy terms. This website contains no embedded Google Maps, no newsletter form and no advertising or analytics tracking set up by us. Client images are published on the basis of separate permissions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent with effect for the future. Contact info@lajulea.de. Technical data such as IP address, visit time, requested page and browser and device information is processed to provide and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is reliable and secure operation. Processing is based on a data processing agreement.
