01 · Provider and scope
La Juléa – Make-up by Julyana, Julyana Rumanes, Otto-Hersing-Weg 8, 48167 Münster, Germany. Email: info@lajulea.de. Phone: +49 163 869 8863. These terms apply to private styling bookings. For commercial photoshoots, services, time on set and terms are agreed in the individual quote.
02 · Enquiry and booking
An enquiry through the website is non-binding. Bookings by email and at the fair follow the same confirmation process described below. Julyana prepares a quote specifying the date, time, location, services, final price and relevant terms. For the bridal package, the date is provisionally reserved for seven calendar days after the quote is sent. The client receives a binding booking confirmation after explicitly accepting the quote, paying the agreed deposit and receiving Julyana's final confirmation. If the booking cannot be confirmed, any deposit already paid is refunded.
03 · Services and prices
The explicitly agreed services and final prices apply. According to the 2027 price list, the bridal package with make-up and hairstyling on the wedding day costs €539 in total. An optional trial is a separate service and is not included in the package price. Its payment is covered separately under ‘Trial styling and your decision’.
04 · Deposit and balance
The deposit for the bridal package on the wedding day is €150. It is credited in full towards the €539 package price. Without additional services or travel costs, the remaining balance is €389, payable on the wedding day. The deposit is not an additional reservation fee and is not used to pay for the trial. An optional trial is paid for separately on the trial day. The deposit is due within the seven-day quote period. The exact balance, including agreed extras and travel costs, is stated in the individual quote. Payment by bank transfer or cash is possible by agreement. Day and evening appointments are initially confirmed personally without a deposit; for longer shoots, a deposit is agreed individually.
05 · Trial styling and your decision
The trial can be booked as a separate service. It costs €99 and is paid for on the trial day, independently of any later wedding booking. If only a trial is booked first, a decision period of seven calendar days is granted afterwards. The wedding date is provisionally held only for a specifically confirmed period; there is no free reservation for months until a later trial. Without a trial, the normal bridal booking process applies. For a wedding date already firmly booked, the trial does not automatically change the cancellation terms.
06 · Travel, accommodation and additional services
Travel costs are €0.40 per kilometre for the entire outward and return journey. The starting point, route and amount are stated in the quote. Appointments elsewhere in Germany and internationally are possible for all services by arrangement. For transport other than a car, travel costs are agreed individually in the quote. Any necessary overnight accommodation is discussed with you in advance. You cover the agreed accommodation costs; accommodation, duration and the cost framework are stated in the quote. No additional accommodation costs are charged without prior agreement. Additional people, services or support on set require a separate price agreement.
07 · Cancellation by the client
You may cancel in text form, for example by email. After the granted withdrawal period ends, the bridal package incurs only actual cancellation losses legally payable. For wedding styling, we voluntarily cap these at €150 in total and provide a transparent account. We take saved expenses and revenue from a suitable replacement booking into account. The deposit is offset only against the amount legitimately due; any remainder not owed is refunded. The deposit is not automatically forfeited. A trial already provided remains payable separately, unless statutory rights require otherwise. Statutory withdrawal, termination and other rights remain unaffected. No flat cancellation fees are agreed for other services; statutory claims remain unaffected.
08 · Rescheduling and cancellation by the provider
If your wedding is postponed, we consider one goodwill rescheduling, subject to availability. If we explicitly agree on a new date, the deposit already paid is credited in full towards its agreed price. Changes to services, price or travel costs are agreed in advance. There is no entitlement to an available replacement date. If no new date is agreed, the cancellation terms in section 07 apply. If Julyana cancels the wedding appointment, its deposit is refunded in full. Statutory claims remain unaffected. A trial already provided is considered separately; it is not part of the deposit for the wedding date.
09 · Withdrawal
For consumers booking by email or at the fair, we grant a fourteen-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the information below. This also applies where there is no statutory right of withdrawal in the individual case. Statutory rights remain unaffected. A voluntary cancellation under section 07 is different from withdrawal.
10 · Contract documents and privacy
The quote, individual agreement and relevant terms are made available to the client before acceptance and subsequently supplied with the booking confirmation. Individual agreements take precedence over general terms. Contact and appointment details are used to process and carry out the booking. Information about processing is available in our privacy policy. A booking does not automatically include consent to newsletters or the publication of client images.
11 · Preparation and changes
Please tell Julyana about known allergies, intolerances and skin sensitivities relevant to styling before your appointment. Preparation advice is agreed personally. If you are running late, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule together. Changes to services, time or location are explicitly agreed; any resulting extra costs are communicated in advance and charged only with your consent. Statutory rights and statutory liability remain unaffected.
12 · Images and publication
Client images are published only with separate, voluntary consent for the agreed purposes. Booking does not depend on this consent. Copyright and the necessary permissions from the people depicted and the photographer must be respected.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded. To exercise your right, you must inform us, Julyana Rumanes, La Juléa, Otto-Hersing-Weg 8, 48167 Münster, Germany, email: info@lajulea.de, phone: +49 163 869 8863, of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method as your original payment unless expressly agreed otherwise. No refund fees are charged. If you expressly requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, an appropriate amount for services provided up to withdrawal, in proportion to the agreed total scope, is payable where the statutory requirements are met.
Starting services during the withdrawal period
If styling is to take place during the fourteen-day withdrawal period, we first obtain your express request to start early and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal expires once the service is fully performed. This declaration is documented separately and is not replaced by a mere enquiry or a pre-ticked option.
